App Support

$29 per month

For app owners who want an experienced team to turn to.

  • Up to 30 minutes of technical investigation or advice per month
  • Help interpreting store questions and policy notices
  • Quarterly review of store readiness and known upcoming requirements
  • Written recommendations and separate quotes for implementation
  • One app, covering iOS and Android where applicable

Fixes, development, release submissions and continuous monitoring are not included.

App Release Care

$79 per month

For app owners shipping updates and wanting help with the release process.

  • Everything in App Support
  • Up to one hour total support/minor-fix time per month (replaces the 30 minutes)
  • One standard update submission across both stores per subscription quarter
  • Build/version checks and focused smoke testing for the included update
  • Quarterly readiness review

Standard release assumes a functioning, buildable update. SDK migrations, substantial repairs, new features and work beyond the allowance receive a separate quote.

Monthly hours expire each service month. The release allowance expires at the end of each three-month subscription period; it doesn't stack or carry over. A quarterly period starts on your subscription start date.

Initial setup and access review is included in normal onboarding; pre-existing defects are quoted separately.

Subscriptions renew at the selected interval. Cancelling stops future renewal, and service runs through the paid term. All prices in USD; applicable taxes are shown at checkout.
