The whole restaurant, connected

Before the visit.
During the meal. After the order.

Start with what you need now. Add more as your restaurant grows—without sending customers to a different app for every part of the experience.

Your menu, beautifully clear

Dishes, photos, prices, dietary tags and explicit allergens. Sizes, extras and required or optional choices.

Scan. Order. Enjoy.

Table-specific QR codes open the menu with the table selected. Guests order and pay for each order.

Pickup that fits the day

ASAP, scheduled collection and optional per-slot limits. Add curbside when that suits your service.

Delivery your way

Your zones, fees and minimums. Run dispatch yourself or enable optional own-driver management.

The next table, booked

Let guests choose a date, time, party size and available seating preferences, all under your name.

Reward your regulars

Configured stamps or points from qualifying orders, plus staff-scanned loyalty for in-person visits.

Offers worth opening

Member coupons, checkout codes and configured happy-hour pricing. Choose what fits your restaurant.

Stay in their pocket

Opt-in order updates and marketing pushes for specials, new dishes and the next reason to visit.

Make the usual easy

My Orders keeps progress and previous purchases together. Reorder brings favourites back to the basket.

A familiar checkout

Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe on supported devices and eligible setups.

Keep the kitchen moving

Accept and manage orders in Data Manager. Compatible native Wi-Fi printing can print from the accepting device.

One venue or several

Configure menus, hours, collection slots and service options per location. Keep incoming activity with your team.

Dine here. Take it home. Bring it to the door.

One menu. More ways to order.

At the table

Guests scan their table QR, choose dishes and pay per order. The table stays attached to the order—not an open tab or split bill.

Pickup & curbside

ASAP or scheduled collection. Control optional slot capacity per location; curbside customers can let you know they have arrived.

Local delivery

Set delivery zones, fees and minimum order values. Use your existing dispatch arrangements without enabling Delivery Manager.

Your own drivers

Switch on Delivery Manager when your team handles deliveries. Assign or claim jobs and share a departure-based arrival estimate.

Make room for the next visit

Their favourite table.
Your next reservation.

Bring table booking into the same app as your menu, loyalty and offers. Guests plan their visit without losing the connection to your restaurant.

  • Choose a date, time and party size
  • Available seating preferences for your configured dining areas
  • A clear Table → Details → Confirm journey
  • Manage availability and incoming reservations with your team

Bookings and online ordering are separate choices. Start with a menu and reservations if that is all you need; add ordering later.

Delivery management, when you need it

Ready in the kitchen.
On its way to the customer.

Delivery ordering works with or without own-driver management. If you run your own team, give the kitchen and drivers a shared handover in Data Manager.

  • Ready orders enter the delivery queue
  • Assign drivers or let authorised drivers claim jobs
  • Order items, address and customer details in one place
  • Departure-based ETA, navigation and recorded delivery outcomes

Optional per location. Driver-only access is scoped to authorised locations. Native alerts require the wrapped Data Manager app and notification permission. No continuous GPS tracking, automatic delivery completion or courier booking.

Assigned driver

Only the jobs they need

  1. Assign the order

Your team chooses a driver. Assignment changes stay in job history.

  2. Driver departs

A departure-based estimate goes to the customer. The driver opens navigation.

  3. Record the outcome

The driver marks delivery complete—or records an unsuccessful delivery.

Make the next visit feel familiar

More than a meal.
A reason to come back.

Connect the first order to the next visit. Keep loyalty, relevant offers and updates close to the menu your regulars already know.

  • Configured stamps or points on qualifying app orders
  • Spend or product/category rules and checkout reward redemption
  • Staff-scanned loyalty for in-person visits
  • Member coupons, checkout offer codes and happy-hour options
  • Opt-in marketing pushes, order progress and Reorder

Rewards and offers need their own setup. Staff scanning is not automatic POS integration; your chosen earning rules determine qualifying purchases.

Behind every good service

Your team stays in control.

Manage incoming orders, bookings and customer activity in Data Manager. Keep menus, prices, service choices and reward settings in your App Editor.

  • Accept orders and keep customers informed of progress
  • Cards authorised at checkout; captured on acceptance or cancelled on rejection
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay on supported devices and eligible Stripe setups
  • Compatible Wi-Fi ESC/POS printing from the native device accepting the order
  • Share an installable web app; add App Store and Google Play publication when ready

Printing requires a compatible printer on the same local network and device setup. Store publication requires your developer accounts and approval; it is a separate launch step, not an automatic listing.

Questions from restaurant owners

Before your next service.

Yes. Send a menu link or upload a PDF or image using the form on this page. Add your restaurant name, contact details and an optional social profile. We prepare your menu and branding for you to review, then help you check services and complete payment setup. You remain responsible for confirming prices, allergens and other menu information.

Yes. Enable the services you actually offer: dine-in table ordering, ASAP or scheduled pickup, curbside and delivery. Each location can have its own menu, hours and service settings. Delivery supports configured zones, fees and minimum order values; scheduled collection can have optional per-slot capacity limits.

Yes. Configure your tables and share their QR codes. The link opens the menu with the table selected, so guests can place and pay for each order. This is pay-per-order table service, not open tabs, bill splitting or an automatic POS integration.

No. Delivery ordering works without enabling own-driver management. Your team handles dispatch using its existing arrangements. If you manage your own drivers, enable Delivery Manager per location to assign or claim jobs, share a departure-based arrival estimate and record delivery outcomes. It does not supply drivers, book couriers or track continuous GPS.

Add Table Booking. Guests choose their date, time, party size and available seating preferences, add their details and confirm. Your team manages availability and incoming reservations. Table bookings are separate from scheduled collection slots.

Yes. Enable ordering-linked rewards and configure stamps or points with qualifying spend or product/category rules and checkout redemption. Staff can also scan in-store loyalty cards. Member coupons and checkout offer codes are configured separately; this is not automatic till-linked loyalty.

Yes. Choose the features your restaurant needs. You can start with a digital menu, table bookings, loyalty, offers and notifications, then enable ordering later. Connect your Stripe account when you are ready to accept orders.

There is no monthly subscription for your ordering app. AppBuild charges a 5% order fee on food and drink subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery fees and tips. Standard Stripe payment processing fees apply separately.

Stripe Connect authorises the card at checkout. Payment is captured when your restaurant accepts the order and the authorisation is cancelled if you reject it. Payouts go to your connected Stripe account. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear on supported devices and eligible Stripe setups. Standard Stripe processing fees apply separately.

With the native Data Manager app and a compatible Wi-Fi ESC/POS printer on the same local network, the device that accepts an order can print it automatically. Printer settings are per device. Printing does not block acceptance, and this is not a promise of universal printer or POS compatibility.

Start with an installable web app shared by link or QR code. It works on phones, tablets and desktop browsers. App Store and Google Play publication is a separate step, subject to review, using your own developer accounts. Check the current publishing plans and terms before launch.

Your menu. Your guests. Your app.
