Case studies, benchmarks and surveys

Every record keeps its evidence label. A survey or benchmark is not a case result, even when it sits in this collection.

These are external examples, not AppBuild customer results. Many combine an app with payments, marketing or management software. Individual results vary.

  • Provider-reported case First-party provider case or customer statement; a selected success story, generally not independently audited.
  • Research review Studies of a particular intervention and population. The supplied review concerns historical SMS reminders, not app push.
  • Consumer survey Reported preferences or behaviour, not sales impact.
  • Platform benchmark Descriptive patterns across a provider's clients; not causal.
